How quickly can someone visit?
Most patients are assessed within the same week they contact us, and urgent post-operative cases are usually seen within 48 hours. Call rather than email if it is time-sensitive.
What should I have ready when I call?
The patient's age, what happened and roughly when, any surgery or diagnosis, and your area of Karachi. Discharge summaries and X-ray or MRI reports are helpful but not required to book.
Do you visit hospitals or only homes?
Homes primarily. We do attend some private hospital rooms for early post-operative cases where the hospital permits an external therapist. Ask when you call.
Is the first assessment charged?
Yes, the home assessment is a full clinical session and is charged as one. Phone and WhatsApp advice about whether we are the right service for you costs nothing.
