We come to you
Across Karachi, at a time that suits the household. No transport to arrange, no waiting room, no missed sessions because of traffic.
Fumora started because too many recoveries stall for reasons that have nothing to do with medicine. A patient who cannot manage stairs cannot manage a clinic waiting room. An elderly parent who needs three people to get into a car will quietly start skipping sessions.
So we brought the whole team to the patient instead — physiotherapists, orthotists and prosthetists working from one shared plan, in the home where the recovery actually has to work.
Four things we do differently — and they are the reasons families keep us for the whole recovery, not just the first month.
Across Karachi, at a time that suits the household. No transport to arrange, no waiting room, no missed sessions because of traffic.
Your physiotherapist, orthotist and prosthetist share a single treatment plan. The brace is designed for the therapy, not corrected afterwards.
Range of motion, strength and gait recorded at every visit, so you can see progress in numbers instead of hoping it is working.
Fitting a device takes a day. Learning to move with it takes months. We are there for the second part, which is where independence is won.
Physiotherapy, orthotics and prosthetics. Everything we offer sits inside one of these three — and one team plans all of it together.

Every region has its own assessment protocol. We measure range of motion, strength and gait before anyone writes a treatment plan — and we measure the same things again every visit, so progress is visible rather than assumed.
No paperwork marathon and no referral chasing. Most patients are assessed within the same week they call.
Tell us what happened and where it hurts. We will say honestly whether physiotherapy is the right answer.
A therapist visits, measures movement, strength and gait, and looks at your home setup for safety.
You get a written plan with realistic timelines. If a brace or limb is needed, it is cast on the spot.
Regular visits, numbers recorded each time, plan adjusted as you improve until you no longer need us.
Reviews from families across Karachi who let us into their homes during a difficult few months.
Short, honest guides written by the therapists who do the visits — no filler, no miracle cures.
If any of these five apply to you or a family member, travelling for treatment is probably slowing the recovery down.

Send a WhatsApp message describing the problem and we will tell you honestly whether physiotherapy, a brace or a prosthetic consultation is the right starting point.
No referral needed · Same-week home visits · Female therapists on request
Yes — that is the whole model. A therapist arrives with the treatment couch, resistance equipment, electrotherapy and casting materials. All we need from you is a clear floor space roughly the size of a single bed.
No. You can book directly and most patients are seen within the same week. If your case needs a specialist opinion alongside therapy, we will tell you at the assessment rather than treating around the problem.

Yes, and it is a common request. Mention it when you book and we will assign a female therapist for the full course of treatment, not just the first visit.
It runs about an hour and is mostly assessment — range of motion, strength and gait measured properly, plus a look at your home setup. You finish with a written plan and an honest estimate of how many weeks recovery should take.
An orthotist or prosthetist casts and measures you at home. The device is built at our Karachi workshop, then delivered, fitted and adjusted in person — with adjustments in the first six months included.
Therapy happens at your home. Casting, fabrication and device fitting are done here — and you are welcome to visit.
